Golf for the Kids is very fortunate to have a dedicated Volunteer Advisory Board with the responsibility of overseeing the successful operation of the Golf for the Kids Tournament.

Erik Allen – Advisory Board Member
Erick Allen is an Experienced Talent Management and Organizational Development Leader and Consultant with over 16 years of experience in executive leadership development, post-merger workforce integrations for mergers and acquisitions, talent technology, and compliance initiatives across multiple industries. Designed and implemented many innovative talent management and development solutions that ensured organizations maintain sound fiscal health; remaining responsive to ongoing business demands, and changes in industry trends and practices.

Erick is currently a Sr. Solutions Architect with Cornerstone on Demand, where he leads the presale services activities for their Healthcare Division. Michael Jenkins – Advisory Board Member
Michael is the founder and decision maker for J. Michael Jenkins & Associates, LLC and partner with Partnering Consultants Int’l. Michael has been a faculty member at two Universities and spent over 20 years in Human Resources and Talent Management in multiple Fortune 500 companies.

Michael has facilitated and trained all over the world in disciplines including team building, leadership development, conflict resolution, strategic planning, and coaching. He has certifications in numerous assessment and development tools and has written on such topics as execution and leadership. As an assistant professor, he published in Training and Development Journal, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Management Research News.

Michael received his undergraduate degree from Southwest Baptist University and his Ph.D. from the University of Southern Mississippi. On weekends, you will likely find him at the ball field watching his son, on the golf course getting frustrated, or hiking through the woods, which eventually led to his recent wedding.

Roger House – Advisory Board Member
Roger House is the President and CEO of Axiom Corporation. He is a retired officer from the U.S. Navy. His 20 years of service included duty on three different ships, numerous shore commands and overseas assignments. He held many leadership, management and administrative positions, and is a veteran of the 1st Gulf War. During his time in the Navy, Roger was part of the surface warfare department and the medical department. He spent five years at the Navy recruiting command headquarters, where he was responsible for recruiting officers into the Medical Department of the Navy.

After retiring from the Navy in June 2003, Roger transitioned to a government job, as the Deputy Director of the Vital Records Branch, Division of Public Health, Department of Human Resources for the State of Georgia. From there, he went to work for Axiom Corporation in August 2004 as the Director of Business Development and then he became the Vice President of Axiom Corporation. After 2 ½ years of being an employee at Axiom Corporation, Roger purchased the company from the previous owners on February 1, 2007.

Roger holds a Bachelors degree in Healthcare Management, a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and a Masters of Pubic Administration (MPA) from Troy State University. He is a Credentialed Fellow (CFAAMA) in the American Academy of Medical Administrators (AAMA). He is originally from Montgomery, Alabama.

Axiom Corporation is a management and technology consulting company. Our company provides information technology support, engineering services, professional and administrative services, and program management solutions to the federal government and the department of defense.

Jeremy Joiner – Advisory Board Member
For the past 13 years, Jeremy Joiner has worked in the technology consulting industry. Early in his career, he discovered a passion for matching people and organizations, where individuals find long-term careers and add value quickly. He took this passion to the non-profit sector and continues to dedicate his time to provide career and placement coaching to those who may not otherwise have access to it. A true entrepreneur at heart, Jeremy has started and sold multiple companies and continues to excel in the consulting world.  Jeremy and his family are passionate about helping in their community and have their own organization that focuses on families in need. His weekends are usually filled by spending time with his wife, Jennifer, and their 2 daughters, preferably outdoors somewhere

Rachel Johnston – Volunteer Coordinator

Rachel (Johnston) Eisaman is owner and principle director for Joli Residential.  She grew up shadowing her father, a contractor, in his workshop and in and out of houses he was building.  It was in these early days that she learned to appreciate the work put behind the walls to make a house a home and developed a keen understanding for the importance of maintaining all elements of a home from foundation to roof and all the systems in between.  She moved to Atlanta in 2004 after graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Forensic Anthropology and took her interest in homes to a new level by pursuing a degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Atlanta.

Since its beginning in 2009, Rachel has grown Joli Residential, which now has two divisions: Concierge HOME and Concierge MOVE and has built an amazing team of “homeowner headache handlers” to tackle diverse client needs. Her client list includes notable philanthropists, CEOs, and professional athletes.

Rachel lives in Summerhill (near Grant Park) with her husband and is dedicated to the Atlanta community.  When she is not making life easier for her clients, she is giving back to her community through board positions with ArtsATL, Design Collective, and Golf for the Kids.

Beth Young – Advisory Board Member
Beth Young is a tax and corporate attorney with the Atlanta law firm of Taylor English Duma, LLP where her practice focuses on helping individuals and businesses with tax planning and resolving issues with the Internal Revenue Service. She also enjoys helping businesses with general corporate legal matters including formation, contract drafting, mergers, and acquisitions. Mike Russell – Advisory Board Member
Mike Russell, the president and founder of ETS Solutions, is a technology entrepreneur with over 14 years of experience in the industry. Mike formed Elite Telecom Services in 2002, rebranding his company to ETS Solutions in 2014 to include Cloud Services. Mike and his team consult with businesses about their technology configuration in the areas of voice, data, and cloud services. Mike has had much success and has been recognized for many accomplishments over the years, including the Channel Partners 360° Award in 2016 and 2013. Mike has a B.S. Degree from UNC-Chapel Hill and an MBA in Accounting & Finance degree from Kennesaw State University.  Mike serves on a number of boards including the Metro Atlanta Chamber Board of Advisors, the Kennesaw State University Alumni Association, the KSU Coles College of Business Advisory Board, and he chairs the KSU Entrepreneurship Center Advisory Board. Mike is also enrolled in the Leadership Atlanta Class of 2017.

Malory Atkinson, CPSM, LEED GA – Social Media Coordinator
Malory Atkinson is is the co-founder and managing partner of Shear Structural. Shear Structural is Atlanta’s only 100% women-owned and women-managed structural engineering firm. Malory’s background is working with technology startups and engineering services companies, translating complicated services to clients and consumers. She holds a bachelor degree from Georgia Tech and an MBA in Marketing from Georgia State University. Malory is not only passionate about marketing and client relationships, she is also an advocate for sustainability and infrastructure. She also serves on the Camp Twin Lakes Sustainability Task Force, and is a LEED Green Associate. Malory is an Atlanta native and is passionate about helping our amazing communities and local families to live well and thrive in our great city.

Leyla Kadyrova, Restaurant Manager, Ruth’s Chris Steak House – Alpharetta
With a genuine passion for hospitality and the service industry, Leyla Kadyrova brings more than 10 years of restaurant experience to Ruth’s Chris’ Steak House in Alpharetta. Starting as a hostess with Ruth’s Chris, Leyla has risen through the ranks to sales manager and now restaurant manager and is always willing and ready to step in where needed. Her desire to grow within the company has afforded her the opportunity to work at three Ruth’s Chris restaurants across metro-Atlanta, where she has built relationships with countless guests and numerous team members.

“The hospitality industry is ever changing – no two days are ever the same,” according to Kadyrova.  “This is what has kept me engaged over the years, and I always look forward to what tomorrow will bring.”

Originally from Tashkent, Uzbekistan, Leyla currently resides in Cumming, Georgia with her daughter MiKayla. She enjoys horseback riding, hiking, traveling and spending time with family when she’s not at the restaurant.
